Privacy and data protection.
A short, plain-language notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.
Who is responsible
HypTech Studio (Konyaaltı, Antalya, Türkiye) is the data controller. You can reach us at hello@hyptech.studio.
What we process
This site has no forms, accounts, comments or cookies. When you write to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep:
- Your name, phone number and email address, as far as you share them
- The content of your message and any files you send
- Technical server logs kept by Cloudflare, which hosts the site (IP address, browser details, time of access)
Why, and on what basis
We use your data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if we work together, to enter into and perform a contract. Our legal bases are KVKK art. 5/2-c (contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest), and GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f). Technical logs are kept for the security and operation of the site.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send commercial messages without your consent.
Who receives it
Your messages pass through the provider of the channel you choose (WhatsApp/Meta, Gmail/Google, your phone operator) and through Cloudflare. Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye. Because you start the conversation, the transfer is part of fulfilling your request. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If a request does not lead to a project, we delete the conversation at most 2 years after the last contact. For projects that become a contract, records are kept for the legal retention period.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies and does not store anything in your browser. The language is taken from the address (/en for English).
Your rights
You can ask whether we process your data, request information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage (KVKK art. 11; GDPR arts. 15 to 21). Write to hello@hyptech.studio and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
